What is Kamiyomoji?

Kamiyo moji  or Jindai moji (Japanese: 神代文字 “characters of the Age of the Gods") are characters said to have been used in ancient Japan. They have been used in Shinto(神道) rituals, amulet, "Goshintai"(the temporary repositories which allow human to be accessible to deities), as well as in confidential documents, or technical script of martial arts, etc.  Read More >> Here

Kamiyomoji Kotodama Calligraphy Arts

It is calligraphy arts of the ancient Japanese characters called Kamiyomoji along with other forms of traditional Japanese arts such as Kotodama,  Haiku / Waka / Senryu, Sumi-e, the modern digital technology.  I currently use 5 Kamiyomoji characters, Ahiru-Kusa-Moji (阿比留草文字), Katakamuna-Moji, Woshite-Moji, Katakamuna-Moji, Ryutai-Moji, Homemi-Moji, in my arts.
